Danielle was taught that there are four main sins to always avoid. Don’t kill, steal, cheat or have sex before marriage, and you won’t go to Hell. But then she met Ethan.
A quirky comedy about love, lust and doing the right thing, all while trying to avoid the burning depths of Hell.

About Jessica Moorhouse
A graduate of Simon Fraser University’s Film Program, this is the first narrative short film Jessica Moorhouse has written and directed.
Inspired by her Catholic upbringing, Catechism tries to answer the age‐old question in every good Catholic’s mind: “How can I have premarital sex without going to Hell?”
For Moorhouse’s next film, she hopes to find the answer to why she feels guilty all the time about everything.
