Congratulations to the NSI grads who won awards at the latest Blood in the Snow Canadian horror film festival in Toronto.
- Chiral from Karen Lam (NSI Drama Prize, NSI Totally Television) won for best short film
- The Dark Stranger, an NSI Features First film from writer/director Chris Trebilcock and producer Glen Wood, along with producer Paula Devonshire (NSI Features First, NSI Totally Televison) won for best cinematography
The Blood in the Snow Canadian Film Festival is a unique showcase of contemporary Canadian horror, genre and underground cinema that exists to challenge social boundaries, explore artistic taboos and support and exhibit independent Canadian genre media artists.
