Congratulations to the 40 finalists selected for the 2019 web series edition of STORYHIVE.
These storytellers from British Columbia and Alberta are awarded $20K each to create a pilot episode of a brand new, locally reflective web series. Projects will receive distribution of their pilot episode on select TELUS platforms. They also get training and mentorship from the National Screen Institute.
In August 2020, a jury will award two projects the Series Award, a $60K prize to produce up to 10 additional episodes.
