The National Screen Institute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our non-profit organization as operations administrator.
As the ideal candidate, you are passionate about storytelling and storytellers; and you value equity, diversity and inclusion, and are knowledgeable about these issues. The National Screen Institute prioritizes the well-being and flexibility of our employees by offering a remote work/hybrid policy, empowering them to work from their homes. While this role includes partial hours at our downtown Winnipeg location every week, you have the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining hours.
Additionally, we are implementing a trial period for a 4-day work week, commencing on July 1, 2023. You may opt-in and work reduced hours without any reduction in salary. This trial period will extend over the next eight months, allowing you to explore a more balanced work-life schedule.

Status: Full-time, term position (August 1, 2023 – March 31, 2025)

Together with the director of operations and senior programs manager, the operations administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization, supporting various administrative functions, and implementing effective processes and procedures.
Your work will contribute directly to our mission of making a positive impact in the community. This position is well-suited to someone with exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for supporting non-profit initiatives.
