Night Raiders, a new feature sci-fi project from writer/director Danis Goulet (NSI Drama Prize), has begun production in Toronto.

Producers on the film include Eagle Vision’s Lisa Meeches (NSI Indigenous programs advisor) and Kyle Irving (NSI Global Marketing), and Jojo Rabbit director Taika Waititi recently joined the production as an exec producer.

The story takes place in a dystopian world where a Cree woman joins a group of vigilantes to free her daughter from the state in a military-run North America.
