Catch the ReelAbilities Film Festival Toronto (RAFFTO) both in person and virtually, running from May 11 to 19!

Launched in 2016, RAFFTO is the only Canadian chapter of the ReelAbilities Film Festival – the largest film festival in North America dedicated to showcasing shorts, features and documentaries about Deaf and disability cultures.

The National Screen Institute has teamed up with RAFFTO as a community partner for their virtual panel, Behind the Screen: Screenwriters in Conversation. The panel features Anthony Farrell and Ophira Calof for a candid pre-recorded conversation about writing for film and TV and navigating the media landscape as a disabled writer.
