Lisa Meeches (NSI Storytellers, NSI Indigenous Training Programs Advisor) has joined the board of directors at the Banff Television Festival Foundation.

BANFF Word Media Festival announced earlier this week that Lisa – along with BRON Media’s co-founder and president Brenda Gilbert and HBO Max’s SVP of international originals Jennifer Kim – would join the board of directors ahead of the 2021 festival.

Lisa is the founder and executive producer of Eagle Vision. She was also recently named to the Order of Canada for her contributions to Canadian film and broadcasting.

Lisa will speak at the Meet the BANFF Board of Directors and Content Advisory Board event on June 16 as part of the BANFF World Media Festival.
