Todd Kipp says:

“What interests me about the story is the way Stephen pushes Patrick to do something he wouldn’t normally do. This kind of manipulation is disturbing but it’s fascinating to watch a character like Stephen who doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with the way he sees the world and the way he justifies his actions.”
